Terms of Use

The service

InterviewPrep helps you prepare for job interviews: practice interviews with an AI interviewer, feedback, CV and cover-letter tools, and a search across job postings. Companies can post jobs and find candidates who choose to be found.

Job postings are gathered from public job boards and company career pages, or posted by companies. We don't employ anyone through the site and can't guarantee that a posting is accurate, still open, or that you will get an interview or a job.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
• Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
• One person per account. Company accounts must use a real work email of that company.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law, or upload anything you don't have the right to share;
• harass, deceive or discriminate against anyone, including in messages or job postings;
• post fake, misleading or discriminatory job ads, or ask candidates for payment;
• use other people's data from the site for anything other than hiring through InterviewPrep;
• scrape, overload, probe or try to break the service or get around its limits;
• resell the service or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you upload or write (CVs, answers, profile, postings) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending the needed parts to the AI and other providers named in the Privacy Policy, and showing it to companies when you choose to share it.

AI feedback

AI-generated questions, feedback, scores and suggestions are for practice. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important yourself, especially before sending a CV or letter to an employer.

Free and Pro

• The free plan has limits shown on the Pricing page. Pro passes give more for a fixed number of days and don't renew automatically.
• Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) before you pay. Payments are processed by Flitt.
• Each plan includes a fair-use AI allowance to keep the service affordable for everyone.
• If a payment went wrong or you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will put it right. Your rights as a consumer under Georgian law are not affected.

Availability and changes

We work to keep InterviewPrep running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something you paid for, we will offer a fair solution.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; where possible we will tell you why first.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or decisions made by employers, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that Georgian law doesn't allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will try to solve it. Otherwise disputes go to the courts of Georgia (Tbilisi City Court).

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update the date above and tell you about important changes by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the service afterwards, the new terms apply.
